Anglogold Ashanti Australia has just renewed its annual maintenance agreements for Process Control System Maintenance at both its Sunrise Dam and Tropicana Gold Mines. KAPP Engineering has been maintaining the Sunrise Dam Gold Mine PCS for over five years and its new Tropicana Gold Mine since the beginning of 2014. A 24 x 7 x 365 agreement ensures that an engineer from KAPP is always available to attend to any urgent issues with the control systems at each mine minimising production downtime.
KAPP also provides monthly maintenance visits to both sites for ongoing upgrades to improve production.
