• TBOX-LP - Low Power Version
For telemetry applications that do not have an electricity
supply, the low power and ultra low power versions of the TBOX
offer new capabilities for the remote monitoring of technical
equipment.
Depending on the model, TBOX-LP is powered by small lithium
batteries or by a battery charged by a solar panel, small wind
generator or any other external source. In all cases, the
operating timeframes are particularly long. With clever
standby/active algorithms for the processor, the TBOX LP offers
unrivalled operational specifications. TBOX-LP uses the infrastructure
of the switched telephone network, GSM, or radio frequency,
depending on the models and options.
With ULTRA LOW POWER consumption of barely a few micro Amps,
the LP100 and LP200 are able to operate continuously for up to 10
years without maintenance. Just one or two lithium batteries are
enough to power the entire unit. With PSTN modems, each TBOX LP has
embedded Internet technologies that are standard across all TBOX
versions. Features include: Embedded mini SCADA, e-mails, FTP, WEB
server, etc.
The LP300 is a LOW POWER “wireless” selective system containing
inputs and outputs with consumptions of the order of a few hundred
micro Amps to a few dozen milli Amps. Generally connected to a
solar panel supply, the LP300 communicates by GSM and/or radio
(frequencies that can be freely used). The combination of these
communication resources enable medium and long distance networks
to be linked.
