GH Series motor starter/protectors (MSP) offer all-in-one motor protection for many applications. Contained in one unit is motor overload protection, instantaneous short circuit trip, phase loss protection and ON/ OFF switching with lockout/ tag-out capability. Add an optional shunt trip for remote tripping of the MSP, or an optional under-voltage release for tripping the MSP when an under-voltage situation occurs.
Auxiliary contact blocks are also available for signaling pilot lights, PLC inputs, control circuits, etc. Add a GH Series contactor for a complete remote motor control solution.

MMS Combination Starter

• By utilizing the UL Type E rating of the Fuji manual motor starter, a combination starter can
  be constructed and wired in less time and at a lower cost while minimizing enclosure
  space requirements
• The MMS is classified as a self-protected motor control device, allowing for group motor
  control without the need for separate motor branch circuit protection. The MMS provides
  short circuit, motor overload, and phase loss protection as well as ON / OFF control with
  lockout capability. When combined with a Fuji SC-E series contactor, remote motor control is
  possible with a minimum amount of space requirements

Industrial Control Relays

General purpose industrial control relays are available in cube, card, and solid state relay styles for use in a wide range of applications. All relays, including the solid state relay, feature LED indicators for easy troubleshooting.

Models available include;

• Cube relays (available in 24 VDC, 120 VAC and 240 VAC coil voltages, plug into
  DIN-rail mountable relay sockets)
• The RS series utilizes slim plug-in 24 VDC card relays to create a bank of four or
  six units in DIN-rail mountable terminal modules
• 12 Amp electro-mechanical relays are available in 24 VDC, 24 VAC, 120 VAC, and
  240 VAC coil voltages
• Solid state relays (10 or 25 amp loads), also available in shock and vibration
  resistant assembly

Timer Switches & Relays

AutomationDirect offers solid-state timers brought to you by two leaders in the industry, FUJI Electric and Koyo. All timer relays meet UL and CE conformity. Whether you need a miniature DIN timer, a 1/16 DIN timer, or a full-blown 1/16 DIN digital timer switch, and whether you need to time in seconds or hours we can supply a timer relay that fits your needs.

AutomationDirect has introduced a line of non-fused switch disconnects for breaking and disconnecting on equipment loads. The SD1 series non-fused disconnects allow breaking and disconnecting on equipment loads of up to 600 VAC, at a nominal current range from 16 A to 40 A. SD2 series non-fused disconnects allow breaking and disconnecting on equipment loads of up to 600 VAC, at a nominal current range from 63 A to 125 A. Both models are DIN-rail or panel-mountable and feature high breaking capacity (AC 22 A to AC 23 A), double break contacts, high electrical and mechanical endurance, and are resistant to damp heat.

The non-fused disconnects have an IP20 degree of protection and are HACR rated. Prices for the non-fused disconnects start at $36.00 . A complete line of standard accessories is also available, including an optional auxiliary contact (one normally open and one normally closed contact) and a door extension shaft and handle
